Yukina Sawaki
Yukina Sawaki was a young psychic woman who became the very first Agito. She is the sister of Tetsuya Sawaki, who would become the second Agito and take on the name of Shouichi Tsugami, a name formerly used by her boyfriend now known as Tetsuya Sawaki. She was involved in a paranormal research project conducted by Professor Kazaya at Jyohyoku University. These experiments severely traumatized her, unable to control her ability of Agito, she killed Kazaya unconsciously. This drove her insane and she committed suicide, although her boyfriend Shouichi tried to save her.

Shouichi Tsugami
Shouichi Tsugami is a young man with no memory of his past and is living with the Misugi family. A generous, simple, all around nice guy, Shouichi's ideal life is to just work in his garden and please his foster family. He had a funny habit by addressing someone that he didn't know as Koungouji-san. He fights as Agito due to the Unknown being somewhat tied to his forgotten past. His real name is Tetsuya Sawaki, the younger brother of Yukina Sawaki whom fell in love with the real Shouichi Tsugami. Yukina and Tsugami participated in a research study conducted by Prof.
Kana Okamura
A part-time chef, but was unable to cook properly and was fired until Shouichi helped her out. Her father was a chef, a victim of an Unknown attack, thus she herself is an Agito close to awakening. Fearful of this when it occurred, Kana attempted to kill herself, but Shouichi and Tetsuya managed to detain it and give her a reason to continue living.

JGSDF GA Division
The Japan Ground Self-Defense Force (JGSDF) is the de facto army of Japan. Featured in Kamen Rider Agito the Movie: Project G4, the GA division is responsible for the militarization of battle suits.
- Shiro Mizuki : s one of the military officers guarding the GA psychic educational facility when the Formica Pedes Lords attacked. He was one of those selected to wear the Agito-like G4 System battle suit as Kamen Rider G4. Though he would survive the ordeal, he would be left a jaded man, his pride scarred, living as one who would embrace death as the means of becoming stronger.
- Risa Fukami : Is assigned to the G3 Unit, Risa Fukami copied the data from Ozawa's computer relating to the G4. She then quit the G3 Unit and created the G4 suit, intending to perfect it for mass-production. She was mauled to death by the Ant Lords while her creation was destroyed.
Tokyo's Metropolitan Police Department previously fought the Gurongi Tribe during the events of Kamen Rider Kuuga. As a result, the police force develops various weapons based on the Unidentified Lifeform #4, Kuuga, to combat various unknown threats under the division of the "Squad of Anti-Unidentified Lifeforms" (SAUL).
- Sumiko Ozawa : Is the genius behind the G3 System. Her position within SAUL's G3 unit is the system's monitor engineer, overseeing the operator and G3 suit during combat from the G-Trailer mobile command base. She was in constant rivalry with Tōru Hōjō. Ozawa was very glad on learning that Shouichi was Agito.
- Makoto Hikawa : Is the hero of the Akatsuki incident. While on routine patrol he saw a bright light in the sea and somehow managed to board the Akatsuki, rescuing everyone on the ship except for one person. Due to these heroics, Makoto Hikawa is chosen to by his superiors to don the G3 System and become the Kuuga-like Kamen Rider G3 as part of SAUL.
- Takahiro Omuro : Helps Ozawa at the G-Trailer mobile command base. Often the comic relief of the G3 team, he tends to be more immature and carefree than Hikawa and Ozawa. In the Kamen Rider Agito special, A New Transformation, he became G3 Mild and gave his battery to Makoto Hikawa (Kamen Rider G3-X), but abandoned being G3 Mild at the conclusion when the project was dropped.
- Tōru Hōjō : Is a fellow cop and Hikawa's rival, though he respects Hikawa and has admiration for Ozawa. Hōjō is a brilliant and talented investigator, but is also shown to be crafty and underhanded as in his first attempt to capture Agito which nearly resulted in his being killed by Aki Sakaki. He is also the creator of the Victory One System (V1), which was meant to rival the G3 System.
ΑGITΩ Riders:
- Shouichi Tsugami / Kamen Rider ΑGITΩ : Is the series protagonist. He suffers amnesia and adopted the addressee name on a letter found in his possession when he washed ashore. He lives with the Misugi family and does all of the household chores. Using the Alter Ring belt, Shouichi can transform into Kamen Rider Agito, an ancient and powerful warrior whose abilities are constantly evolving.
- Ryō Ashihara / Kamen Rider Gills : Was a star swimmer of Jyohoku University who recovered from a near-fatal car crash and underwent a metamorphosis, enabling him to transform into the feral Kamen Rider Gills, a flawed version of Agito. To learn the truth behind his changes and his father's suicide, Ryō tracks down other survivors of the Akatsuki with his father's black book, eventually meeting Aki Sakaki and developing feelings for her.
- Kaoru Kino / Kamen Rider Another Agito : Is a surgical genius whose career was ruined in a mountain accident which claimed the life of his brother. He was one of the passengers involved in the Akatsuki case. Sometime following the incident, he evolved into Another Agito, but became disillusioned with his new-found power.

- Mana Kazaya : Is the daughter of Nobuyuki Kazaya and niece of Yoshihiko Misugi with whom Shouichi lives. It is revealed that she also possesses the Agito Seed, as Tetsuya Sawaki awakened her powers and eventually asked her help to resurrect Ryō. She was named after mana by her father.
- Professor Yoshihiko Misugi : Is a professor of psychology at Jyohoku University. He lives with his son, Yoshihiko, and Shouichi, and once taught Sumiko Ozawa.

Kamen Rider Decade : All Riders vs. Dai-Shocker
8 years after the battle against the Lords ended, Shouichi Tsugami returned during the battle against the multiversal organization aiming to conquer every world, Dai-Shocker.[1] Kamen Rider Agito, Ground Form, appears in the final battle of the movie Kamen Rider Decade: All Riders vs. Dai-Shocker, alongside the other previous Riders, rescuing Decade and facing Dai-Shocker's troops. Agito faces several Dai-Shocker Combatmen and eventually defeats the Gurongi Me-Ginoga-De, the Makamou Bakeneko and kicks Queen Ant Lord Formica Regia from a cliff.
Kamen Rider Decade
Kamen Rider Agito, Ground Form, appears in episode 31 of Kamen Rider Decade, as one of Wataru Kurenai's companions, who antagonize Decade after he failed in his mission of saving the worlds. In the second version of episode 31, aired during the series' rerun, after a initial confrontation with Decade, more Riders appear, and Agito boards his Machine Tornador. However, he ends up falling during the Rider War.
OOO, Den-O, All Riders : Let's Go Kamen Riders
Kamen Rider Agito, Ground Form, appears yet again in OOO, Den-O, All Riders: Let's Go Kamen Riders. He reappears alongside the other Heisei era Riders, fighting against Lords that became Shocker troops, alongside other Kamen Rider villains from the 40 years of the franchise, before joining up with every other Rider for a final battle against the Great Leader of Shocker.
Kamen Rider × Super Sentai : Super Hero Taisen
Agito was among the Kamen Riders caught up in the 'Super Hero Taisen' incident. He was presumably sent to the dimensional rift, under the pretense of being defeated, by Captain Marvelous while he was apparently hunting the Riders. When his and Tsukasa's ruse was revealed, Agito and the other Riders appeared through the dimensional wall. Agito then fought alongside all the other Kamen Riders and Super Sentai against Dai-Shocker and Dai-Zangyack's Shocker-Zangyack Alliance.
Kamen Rider Wizard
Agito appears with all the Heisei Riders from Kuuga to Fourze, led by Decade, in a special two-parter after the finale, The Kamen Rider Rings and Neverending Story.
Heisei Rider vs. Showa Rider : Kamen Rider Taisen feat. Super Sentai
Agito was seen fighting Super-1. Their battle were seems tied up as the result of finishing move clashes, they are turned into a Lockseed until ZX and Gaim released other 14 sealed Primary Riders in final battle against Badan.
Super Hero Taisen GP : Kamen Rider 3
Due to the timeline alteration caused by Shocker, Shouichi became one of the brainwashed Riders in that timeline, donning the name of Shocker Rider Agito. He later volunteered in a Kamen Rider Grand Prix. Later on, he aided the other Riders to combat Shocker after he, and the other Riders, were released from being brainwashed by the revived Double Riders.

Hyper Battle Video : Kamen Rider Ryuki vs Kamen Rider Agito
Agito makes a non-canonical appearance in this brief short to the Kamen Rider Ryuki Hyper Battle Video, Kamen Rider Ryuki: Ryuki vs Kamen Rider Agito. After discovering that several Mirror Monsters are apparently being led by Kamen Rider Agito Burning Form, referred to as the King of Mirrors, Kamen Riders Ryuki, Knight, Zolda, and Ouja fight to destroy him. Eventually, the real Agito appears in Ground Form and teams up with Kamen Rider Ryuki, who imitates Agito's Rider Kick to destroy the imposter.
S.I.C. Hero Saga Stories : Kamen Rider Agito - Heaven's Door
Shouichi finally showed up to help Exceed Gills and Another Agito as they were getting easily defeated while trying to aid Hikawa when he was attacked by an Agito and a dog-type Unknown. The real identity of this Agito was Shouichi Maguichi, who was crazed after being blamed for cheating on the programs for using a hidden camera during his childhood. Wanting to cure his sick mind he worshipped the Dog Orphnoch/Dog Lord and was told to feed on the despair of the public. After Agito and the others killed the Dog Lord/Orphnoch, Maguichi/Agito transformed into Mirage Agito out of rage.
