Kamen Rider Eternal is the main antagonist in Kamen Rider W Forever: A to Z/The Gaia Memories of Fate and before the Summer Film, he was the main protagonist in Kamen Rider W Returns : Eternal. Kamen Rider Eternal may refer to any the following characters:

Jun Kazu

Kazu most of the time appears cold and emotionless and has a strange habit of dropping whatever he is holding whenever he is shocked. He is not completely emotionless as he saved Saeko Sonozaki from near death out of love and is willing to tell her things about his organization, such as the T2 Gaia Memories.

He has also shown an evil smile when resuming the Gaia Impact. He shows emotion only when things do not go his way such as the failure of the Gaia Impact displaying anger at Shotaro Hidari for interfering. He also seems to be clueless as he thought that his crime was to love when it was because of the many crimes he did and was going to commit. Prior to his introduction, Kazu was originally Doctor Prospect's liason for the Foundation giving him the psychic abilities of the Quarks. He was also in possession of the T1 Eternal Memory and a Memory Driver but he was incompatible with the imperfect Gaia Memory and could only assume the Red Flare form of Kamen Rider Eternal.

Katsumi Daido

Katsumi Daido is the leader of NEVER who fights with only a combat knife as his side arm. As revealed in The Beginning of N/Blood and Dream, Daido was born in Futo with a congenital heart defect. As a result, combined with a near-fatal car crash, his mother Maria uses her Necro-Over project research to revive her son as the first Necro-Over. Using bio-stimulants to enable him to properly age, Daido proves a superior fighter yet he and his mother turn against Foundation X after the Necro-Over project is rejected.

Kamen Rider Battride War II

Katsumi Daido has been confirmed to appear in Kamen Rider Battride War II as Kamen Rider Eternal, with Mitsuru Matsuoka reprising his role. While Eternal appeared in the first Battride War game, this version was confirmed to be an entirely new, unidentified character using the Eternal Memory.

Kamen Rider Battride War Genesis

Eternal appears as a playable character in Kamen Rider Battride War Genesis, with Mitsuru Matsuoka reprising his role as Katsumi Daido. Instead of form changes, Eternal can use some of the T2 Gaia Memories to perform special attacks or to enhance his abilities; however, the Memories can't be used consecutively and require the player to must wait for the hidden meter regenerates in order to use another.

Red Flare is Eternal's weaker/incomplete form. This form of Eternal was accessed by Jun Kazu using the standard Eternal Memory, but due to incompatibility with the memory, he could only access the Red Flare form.
Unlike it's Blue Flare counterpart, it lacks the extra Memory Slots, and Eternal Robe, and the flame designs on the arms and leg bands are red instead of blue, true to this form's name.
In W Returns, Katsumi briefly transforms into Red Flare before evolving into Blue Flare after stealing the memory and the Lost Driver from Jun Kazu.

Through the Lost Driver and the T2 Eternal Memory, Katsumi transforms into Kamen Rider Eternal. Eternal's Maximum Drive with the Eternal Edge is the Eternal Requiem, a power wave that cancels out all other Gaia Memories. Like most Riders in Kamen Rider W, Eternal has an English letter motif, in this case the letter E.
Eternal is also adorned with a black Eternal Robe cape after transformation. His catchphrase is "Now, enjoy Hell". Eternal's mask slightly resembles a horned owl and an infinity symbol. His primary Motifs are the letter E and a military commando.
In this mode, he is able to execute the Eternal Reqieum Maximum Drive utilizing the Eternal Edge. In addition to the Maximum Slots on the Lost Driver and the Eternal Edge, Eternal Blue Flare has a series of Maximum Slots on belts around his chest, right arm, and left leg, for a total of 26 for every T2 Gaia Memory.
This form is called Eternal's Blue Flare form, as revealed in Kamen Rider W Returns, which is more powerful than the incomplete Red Flare form.

By filling all 26 of his Memory Slots through the T2 Zone Memory, Eternal enters his Strengthening Armament mode.
In this mode, he is able to absorb the X-Bicker's energy to produce the Eternal Wave to execute the Never Ending Hell Maximum Drive utilizing the Eternal Edge.
