Kamen Rider Ghost

Kamen Rider Ghost or well known as Takeru Tenkuji is the eponymous protagonist and a main riders in Kamen Rider Ghost series.

Takeru Tenkuji / Kamen Rider Ghost

Takeru Tenkūji is an 18-year-old man who is the current heir to Daitenkū-ji. Ten years earlier, his father left him home as he went on a ghost hunting expedition. Before his father apparently died, he sent Takeru a gift of the tsuba from Miyamoto Musashi's katana which he wears on a necklace.

As well as his interest in Miyamoto Musashi, Takeru enjoys reading from a book titled Stories of the World's Greatest People and learning about the history and legends of famous historical figures. Wishing to follow in his father's footsteps as a ghost hunter, Takeru laments being unable to see ghosts, which neither Akari nor Onari believe exist, until he receives an item called a Ghost Eyecon on his 18th birthday, a gift meant for him should his father have truly died. This allows him to see the monstrous ghosts known as Gamma who then attack and kill him, as they are after the Eyecon themselves.

Ghost Hunters

Ghost Hunters were a team devoted to studying the Gamma, led by Ryū Tenkūji with Chikara Saionji and Kenjiro Igarashi. This group was disbanded after Saionji's betrayal and Ryu's death but was soon succeeded by the Mysterious Phenomenon Institute founded by Ryu's disciple, Onari, as they uncover paranormal cases that are related to Gamma, as well as using what remains from the Ghost Hunters' equipment.

Daitenku Temple

Daitenku Temple is a monastery with a basement-based research laboratory for Kamen Rider Ghost's allies (namely Sennin) to live in. After the first few Gamma attacks, Onari decides to make the temple into a paranormal investigations office, Mysterious Phenomenon Institute, to better aid in Takeru's quest to find the Ghost Eyecons and stop the Gamma by having citizens around the city report strange events to them.

Fukami Family

The Fukami family members are old friends of both the Tenkūji family and Akari. After the death of Daigo's wife, then the disappearance of patriarch himself, which turns out to be killed by a sword wielding Gamma Ultima since his long departure, their young children, son Makoto and daughter Kanon, are unaware of their father's death and recently placed into the care of Daitenkū-ji.

Gamma

Gamma are extra-dimensional creatures that appear as ghosts in the physical world. Each Gamma has a Gamma Eyecon that it uses on an object in the physical world to take on a more powerful form than its Primal Body. The weakest level of Gamma are the Gamma Assaults who are served by Gamma Commandos whose Eyecons lack the energy needed to become more powerful.

Gammiser

Gammisers are a pantheon of 15 deities that protected the World of Gamma. They usually take the form of floating pillars inside the Gamma royal family's sacred prayer room where Adonis prays for the Gamma World and its inhabitants' safety. In actually, designed to adapt to any opponent they face, the Gammaisers were created by Edith as a security system to secure the Great Eye from being exploited.

Ghost Riders:

Makoto Fukami / Kamen Rider Specter : Is one of Takeru's childhood friends who along with his sister disappeared into the Gamma's dimension and raised there 10 years ago, but they have both come back through unknown means. Following his return to the living world, Makoto gained both a Ghost Driver and a Ghost Eyecon.
Alain / Kamen Rider Necrom : Is a young man who first appeared to be Saionji's partner before later revealed to be the son of the Gamma emperor Adonis. He seeks the Eyecons to examine their power, for reasons that have yet to be revealed. Javel has been sent by Adonis in order to help him, but after Javel disobeys his orders, Alain begins to hypothesize on what his subordinate's true orders are, as well as those of Adel.

Akari Tsukimura : Is Takeru's childhood friend, although she is one year older at 19. She is currently a college student majoring in physics who wishes to be a successful scientist like her teachers, Yuichi Katagiri and Jiro Katagiri. She finds it difficult to believe in any of the supernatural activity happening around her.
Onari Yamanouchi : Is a 26-year-old Buddhist monk who is the current caretaker of Daitenkū-ji, as Takeru is still too young to handle the role himself. While both he and Akari witness Takeru's death and resurrection, Onari is more open to believing in the supernatural, much to Akari's chagrin. Onari lacks Akari's calm nature, and often expresses his frustrations.
Shibuya Hachiōji and Narita : Are two ascetic monks training at Daitenkū-ji. They were assigned to work in investigating paranormal phenomena while they also helped Onari and Takeru track down Eyecons in the city, but Shibuya often jumps to conclusions that cause more harm than good while Narita is more laidback in his duties.
Edith : Is magistrate of the Gamma World and Adonis' closest ally, having propose a machine that can grant immortality to their people by transferring their souls into Eyecons. Though his machine was completed by Adonis using the Great Eye's power.
Yurusen : Is a sprite who serves as Edith's familiar. It helps Takeru out as Kamen Rider Ghost in the field. In reality, Yurusen is actually Edith's pet cat who is inside the same stasis capsule as Edith, hidden in Daitenkū-ji.

Kamen Rider Drive Episode 48 : The Case of Ghost

Weeks later, Takeru encounters Shinnosuke once more as he searches for his lost Newton Eyecon. He temporarily allows Shinnosuke to borrow the Eyecon so that Shinnosuke can save Kiriko in an exchange deal with the terrorist group leader of Neo-Shade, Keisuke Okamura. After the ordeal, Takeru retrieves the Newton Eyecon once more, but would later be confiscated by Yurusen.

Kamen Rider Drive : Surprise Future

In the Kamen Rider Drive summer movie, Takeru briefly appeared and aided the Special Unit by fighting and destroying one of the numberless Roidmudes. As Kiriko and Genpachiro watched in awe, Takeru strategically combated the foe, evading all of its attacks with graceful strides. After being heavily beaten, the Roidmude fired a powerful blast at Takeru, who transformed into Newton Damashii and finished the Roidmude off before fading away into the air.

Kamen Rider : Battride War Genesis

Ghost appears as the current hero, one of the main Protagonists in Kamen Rider: Battride War Genesis. Ghost's playstyle (both original and separate Toucon Boost Damashii) along with Specter's playstyle in Battride War Genesis received much criticism on not having a form changes and a final form, instead of just using his forms as a special/finishing attack only.

Damashii

Ghost's forms are called Damashii, accessed using the Ghost Eyecons. He also bears a headpiece called the Persona, which gives off a glow effect with the rest of his body. The Persona changes with Ghost's numerous Damashii forms, as well as serving as a prefix title for all of the Damashii forms' helms. Differentiating himself from Kamen Rider Specter, Ghost normally bears a singular Wisp Horn on his head in most of his Damashii forms, allowing him to use it either for perceiving and sensing Gamma within a 5 km radius or as a weapon.

Ore Damashii is Ghost's default orange form. Accessed through the Ore Ghost Eyecon, this form bears the Persona Pantheon helmet with the Face Pantheon faceplate.
While assuming Ore Damashii, Ghost dons the Pantheon Reflector where he is able to utilize his natural abilities as a ghost to briefly "float" and quickly levitate over short distances to and away from his opponent either for fast strikes or to evade enemy attacks.
After his revival back as a human, it is unknown how he is able to still transform into Ore Damashii, since the Eyecon bonded with his soul when he was a ghost.

This Damashii has three finishing attacks.

Ghost Driver Finisher:
- Omega Drive (Ore) : A flying kick that uses spiritual energy which makes the body and mask of Ghost's form glow and envelops him in an orange flame.
Gan Gun Saber Finishers:
- Omega Break : In Blade Mode, Ghost charges the blade with swirling orange energy before he presses the trigger on its handle to cleave through the target.
- Omega Stream : In Naginata Mode, Ghost charges each weapon's bladed end with swirling blue energy before he presses the trigger on its handle to rapidly slash the target with both blades
