Edith
Edith is magistrate of the Gamma World and Adonis' closest ally, having propose a machine that can grant immortality to their people by transferring their souls into Eyecons. Though his machine was completed by Adonis using the Great Eye's power, Edith is shocked to find that it only stagnated his people and slowly killed them.
Argos
Argos is the first born son of Adonis who died in an unknown illness many years ago before the events of the series where he serves as the main antagonist of Kamen Rider Ghost the Movie: The 100 Eyecons and Ghost's Fated Moment. Like Takeru, he resurfaces as a ghost and given a Kamen Rider power by Edith to transform into Kamen Rider Dark Ghost, as well as guidance by Daigo Fukami. Unfortunately, Argos' recent ambition became too dangerous, leading to his downfall and betrayal of both Edith and Daigo. His primary goal is now to collect the 100 heroic Eyecons to produce the ultimate Ghost Eyecon belt, the Extremer Driver, which will allow him to transform the world into one filled with ghosts.

In the flesh, Napoleon is pursued by Kamen Rider Dark Ghost. Napoleon attempts to engage Dark Ghost with his sword only to be quickly defeated, reducing him to the form of a Ghost Eyecon which is claimed by the enigmatic Kamen Rider. At the Daitenku Temple, Sennin, standing guard by the Monolith, worryingly voices that the plan he has set into motion has gotten out of hand and that a grave situation has arised.

Damashii
Dark Ghost's forms are called Damashii, accessed using the Ghost Eyecons. He also bears a headpiece called the Persona, which gives off a glow effect with the rest of his body. The Persona changes with Dark Ghost's numerous Damashii forms, as well as serving as a prefix title for all of the Damashii forms' helms. By pulling and pushing the Ghost Driver's lever a second time after transforming, Dark Ghost can activate an Omega Drive finishing attack tied to the Ghost Eyecon currently being used. If he pulls and pushes the lever four times, he can instead execute an Oomedama. "Giant eyeball" special attack.

- Dark Damashii is the default form of Kamen Rider Dark Ghost. Accessed through the use of the Dark Ghost Eyecon, this form is analogous to Kamen Rider Ghost's Ore & Toucon Boost Damashiis. A flying kick that uses spiritual energy which makes the body and mask of Dark Ghost's form glow and envelops him in a black flame.
