New Generation Rider Kurokage Shin or the users Peko is a member of Team Baron. In the Kamen Rider Gaim summer movie, he transforms into Kamen Rider Kurokage Shin. After Zack left for New York, Peco became the new leader of Team Baron. Like with the other New Generation Riders, Kamen Rider Kurokage Shin's forms are called Arms. His Genesis Driver announces Liquid before every transformation. By pushing the Genesis Driver's Seaboll Compressor into the Energy Lockseed after transforming from one to two times, Kurokage Shin can activate one of two finishing moves based on his current Arms form: Squash or Sparking.

- Kurokage Shin Genetic Ride Wear is Kurokage Shin's default form undersuit, which is briefly seen during Kurokage Shin's transformation sequence before the Armor Part attaches. However, this form is completely vulnerable to any incoming attacks when shot at directly in the suit rather than at the Arms that is descending down on the Rider.

- Matsubokkuri Energy Arms is Kurokage Shin's default pinecone-based armored Japanese Ashigaru form, as well as the evolved form of Kurokage. Accessed through the Matubokkuri Energy Lockseed, this form bears the Matsu Kabuto helmet with the Comb Eye visor. While assuming Matsubokkuri Energy Arms, Kurokage Shin dons the Matsubokkuri Energy Armor Part and his Arms Weapon is the Kagematsu Shin.

- Allows Kurokage to transform into Matsubokkuri Arms, equipped with the Kagematsu. Its code is LS-01 and it is Class C. One was shown in the possession of Zack. Hase has lost his first Matsubokkuri Lockseed to Team Gaim after he and Hideyasu beat Kaito, and had to buy another one from Sid, and lost that one to Bravo, which was most likely devoured by the Inves that became the Evolved Inoshishi Inves.
- He later obtains another one but it was later destroyed by Zangetsu, along with his Sengoku Driver. After that he got another one, but lost it when he was defeated by Baron in an Inves Game. Another one was later obtained by Jonouchi in the finale to honor Hase's death.
