Summary
The DVD begins with the viewer entering the Hikari Photo Studio where Natsumi and Yusuke greet him before they notice a new back drop, depicting a cover of an issue of the children's magazine Televi-Kun. They discover that Tsukasa is trapped in an issue of Televi-Kun, and Daiki explains that they are in the World of Televi-Kun. Suddenly, Dai-Shocker's Televi Bae-Kun appears and challenges the Kamen Riders to a fight.
Depending on the choices made during the fight, as Decade and Diend are being beaten by Televi Bae-Kun and his Dai-Shocker Soldiers, Yusuke attempts to build the Decade Bazooka to turn the battle in their favor. If formed in time, Decade uses the Decade Bazooka to blast the Dai-Shocker Soldiers to bits before assuming Complete Form and summoning all of the Heisei Kamen Riders in their most powerful forms to execute an attack using all of their power. After the fight, Tsukasa and company bid farewell to their new friend (the viewer).
Televkin
It also has an alternate ending. If the viewer made more mistakes in his selection, Yusuke would not build the Decade Bazooka in time and would build a "wrong" version of the bazooka. Natsumi surrenders along with Yusuke and eventually Decade and Diend also give up. Now with Televi Bae-kun the undisputed champion of the AR world, Tsukasa, Natsumi, and Daiki return to the studio depressed.
When Yusuke joins in with a "completed" Decade Bazooka, Tsukasa, Natsumi, and Daiki, seemingly in a zombie state under Televi Bae-kun's control (who also enters the studio), attack Yusuke, then the scene ends with Televi Bae-Kun waving the viewers goodbye along with Tsukasa, Natsumi, and Daiki.
