Kamen Rider Banki
- Kamen Rider Banki
- Kamen Rider Banki is an Oni who was formerly apprenticed to Sabaki. Banki is a 21 year old Oni, is the second young Oni of 11 Oni in Kanto. Banki was a student of Sabaki. Like Todoroki, he does not inherit the name of his master. Currently he is working independently as an Oni using string instruments. He is known for being a calm and responsible man. His relationship with teacher Ibuki - Akira quite close, they often go together for the holidays, although not shown in the series.
- In this Oni form, Banki is a Dark Brown demon. This is Banki's basic and only form. To become this form, Banki needs to pluck his brace strings and the vibrations from the strings cause his body to be engulfed in a fiery aura. Banki also gains a second "oni face" which is a crest that forms on his forehead. Unlike most Kamen Riders, Banki does not wear a suit, rather his demon form is his true form.

- Kamen Rider Genki is a man rumored to be one of the first humans to have possessed the ability to become an Oni Kamen Rider, using a guitar as his weapon. In a single day, he defeated four Bakegani and Amikiri. He fought in the Chūbu region of Japan during the Edo period.

- Kamen Rider Kachidoki, a taiko-type Oni who was mentioned briefly in Episode 3 as having handled the most recent Yamabiko sighting, which took place November of the previous year in Aomori Prefecture. This makes him an Oni of the Tōhoku region

- Kamen Rider Michibiki is a character of the Kamen Rider Series Kamen Rider Hibiki. He is the father of Kamen Rider Ibuki and husband to Kamen Rider Fubuki.
- Kamen Rider Fubuki
- Kamen Rider Fubuki or Fubuki is a character of the Kamen Rider Series Kamen Rider Hibiki. Fubuki was one of the first of the seldom seen female Kamen Riders. She is the mother of Iori Izumi and was one of Hitoshi Hidaka's masters. She currently resides in Yoshino with her husband, Kamen Rider Michibiki. This info contradicts the Oni schedule shown in the series though, where it is shown that Fubuki is very much an active Oni.

- No information exists about this Oni other than him appearing in Hibiki's address book and used a Kotsuzumi.
- Kamen Rider Gouki
- Kamen Rider Gouki is the character in Kamen Rider Hibiki. He gave up his real name and became Oni with the name Gouki. He is one of 11 active Oni in Kanto area. Gouki is a dark blue demon. This is his basic form and the easiest form for him to reach.
- To become this form, Gouki simply needs to tap his tuning fork against a solid surface, the vibrations from the fork causing his body to be engulfed in a fiery purple aura. Gouki also gains a second "oni face" which is a crest that forms on his forehead. Unlike most Kamen Riders, Gouki does not wear a suit; rather his demon form is his true form.

- Kamen Rider Akatsuki or Tsutomu Tsumura was seen in episode 25 and 26. His real name is Tsutomu Tsumura and, during the course of his training, he decided not to become an Oni warrior. His name means "Dawn Demon." and was seen in episodes 25 to 27. His real name is Tsutomu Tsumura and, during the course of his training, his parents forced him to not become an Oni warrior.
